🔁 What is your return policy?

Fine Jewelry:

Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery on unworn items with all original tags intact.
Please contact us before sending your return so we can expect your package.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking and full insurance.
A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Cabochons, Tools, and Jewelry Supplies:

All sales final. No returns or exchanges.

✨ How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking its best:

Avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
Clean gently using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or abrasive products.

📦 How is my order shipped?

Fine jewelry ships via USPS Priority Mail with full insurance.
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $1,500.
International shipping available. Please note:
- You may incur customs duties, import taxes, or fees depending on your country.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not controlled by Cabochon and Crown.
